Thank you for choosing Incense Road Trading Co. By placing an order with us, you're agreeing to these terms. We've tried to keep them straightforward and fair.
We sell premium Omani Hojari frankincense — a versatile natural resin that people have enjoyed for thousands of years. Our customers use it in many ways: burning as aromatic incense, infusing in water or tea, chewing as a natural gum, and more. We're happy to share traditional uses, though we encourage you to do your own research for any specific applications.
Because frankincense is a natural product, each batch may vary slightly in color, size, and appearance. That's part of what makes it special.
When you place an order, we'll do our best to fulfill it promptly. In rare cases (inventory issues, payment problems), we may need to cancel an order — if so, we'll let you know right away and issue a full refund.
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at checkout.
Changed your mind? No problem — you can cancel your order anytime before we generate a shipping label. Once shipped, we can't cancel, but you can still return unopened items. Just email us at [email protected].
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, typically within 1-2 business days. Account holders in the continental US enjoy free shipping.
Once your package is with USPS, delivery timing is in their hands. Most packages arrive within 2-3 days, but delays can happen.
If something goes wrong: If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, or your package arrives damaged, please reach out. We'll help you file a claim with USPS and work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement, refund, or other solution.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, here's how returns work:
Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We can't accept returns on opened products since we can't resell them.
We stand behind our products and service. That said, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in question. We can't be responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Texas law. If we ever have a dispute we can't resolve together, it would be handled in Harris County, Texas courts.
We may update these terms occasionally. Any changes take effect when posted here.
